Carbonless Forms Color Sequence:
2 Part - White, Canary
3Part - White, Canary, Pink
4 Part - White, Canary, Pink, Goldenrod
5 Part - White, Green, Canary, Pink, Goldenrod
Carbonless Forms Terms & Policies
Ink: Black ink
is standard - no charge.
Payment: Must accompany order.
Production Time: 5-12 working days, depending on
additional services requested.
Artwork: All artwork must be supplied camera
ready and must have a 3/8" gripper along the 8 1/2"
length of sheet. Screens must be supplied and art must
be in positive form. We do not assume responsibility for
reproduction of pre-printed screens on existing form (drop
outs, fill ins, etc.) All artwork will be return with
order.
Marginals or Changes Part to Part: We cannot
print marginals on each part. If form must have copy
designation, a "legend" can be printed at the bottom
of each part. Example:
White-Customer, Canary-Accounting,
Pink-File, etc.
Extra Carbonless Form Services
Additional Ink
Colors: The following colors are available in place
of black ink at a $12.00 per job fee: Process Blue,
Reflex Blue, Red (pms 485), Sea Green (pms 354), Burgundy (pms
201)
PMS Ink Mix-----Add $27.00
Drilling Standard 2 or 3 hole: Add $7.00 per
1,000 sheets
Cutting to Odd Size: $2.00 per
1,000, ($4.00 minimum)
Back Printing: All parts with same copy on back,
add $20.00 flat fee plus $13.50 per 1,000 sheets ($27.00
minimum).
Books: Up to 100 sheets per book - $.99 each.
Padding: Glue Edge $.50 per pad
Shrink Wrap: $.50 per package
Snap Out: Is available, the price must be taken from
the next size up sheet and then add the perforating and
cutting charge. If the stub fits within the standard
size sheet, then just add for perforating. Example:
8.5X11.5 would be priced out of an 8.5X14 sheet, plus cutting
to odd size, plus perf charge.
Perforating: All parts, same position, use same
price guidelines as used below for numbering.
